The Banner Site prides itself on customer service and to help our customers have an excellent buying experience our terms and conditions are laid out in an easy to read format. Please read these carefully as they explain what you can do to give your product the wow factor and avoid any disappointment on delivery.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns on items unless there is a printing fault or the item has been damaged in transit. We cannot accept cancellations of an order once the order has been processed and is in the queue awaiting printing. This is because many orders are grouped together and we cannot disrupt this process. If you have made an order and notice a mistake on your design, please telephone us immediately. If the order has not yet been printed we will attempt to make the changes for you. Non faulty returns of items such as banner stands and other hardware will be accepted but will incur a 20% restocking charge. In addition the customer will be responsible for the return carriage charge.
We will accept the cancellation of your order prior to it being queued for printing. All refunds will incur a £2.50 charge to cover the administration costs levied by our card payment processing company.
Design for me service
Unless you have stated otherwise, this service requires you to check your emails and sign off a proof before you order is printed and dispatched. It is also a good idea to check your junk email folder as emails can end up here in error.
Customers requesting a refund ‘who have not followed our guidelines’ will be liable for a £5.00 design fee. This fee covers us for the time and effort that we invest into a customer’s specific design brief. Detailed information regarding this service can be found here.
Problems with your order or design
In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately. You can telephone on our main office number 023 8051 7089 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot accept claims if we have not had the opportunity to re-print your order and expedite a delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the design you are ordering is correct. We cannot accept any claim for customer’s spelling or design mistakes. We DO NOT spell check orders as a matter of course. We cannot accept claims if you are unhappy with the printed result of images or files supplied to us by you. There are guidelines about using your own images in the help menu on the design page. If you are unsure whether your image will produce a good printed result, please contact us and we can advise you on this.
Digital devices including your computer monitor and digital camera use red, green and blue (RGB) colour space to display colour. Our printers use cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) inks which produce a different range of colours. In order to print RGB files on our printers we must first convert them into CMYK colour space. Certain, bright and vibrant RGB colours cannot be achieved with most CMYK inks. When creating or selecting files for printing we advise you to use CMYK colour mode files. We convert your RGB files and designs to CMYK before printing. This includes all templates found on our website and all designs created on our online design tool. We cannot be held responsible for any colour differences that occur during this process.
When creating a design on our website or otherwise please avoid using dark colours (e.g dark blue) upon a dark background (e.g Black). This may appear legible on your computer screen but will not appear so when printed. If we spot this happening on your design, we may opt to change the colours to resolve this. Please let us know if you DO NOT wish us to make any changes of this kind.

All of our products are produced to a very high standard but it is very important to purchase the correct product for your needs. We cannot be held responsible for damage to banners that have been placed outside in windy conditions. If the banner needs to withstand windy conditions, please ensure that you order a mesh banner which is designed for this purpose. Please be aware that all finished print sizes are approximate. We endeavour to produce a final print which is within a 2cm tolerance of your selected print size.
We offer many different delivery options. It is very important that you chose the correct option based on when you need to receive your order. If you require next day delivery, please ensure that you order before 1pm Mon-Fri (Excluding UK Bank Holidays). If it is after 1pm and you require your order for next day delivery, please call our sales team prior to making the order on 01489 574 461 and we'll do our best to help. Please note our sales operatives are not available on weekends or UK Bank Holidays. You can still place orders through our website during these days.
Only the Next Day AM (Special Delivery) service options are guaranteed for next day delivery. Please see below for detailed information on the delivery services we offer. Due to size limitations with Royal Mail it is sometimes necessary to use a large goods courier. We reserve the right to change couriers without notice.
With all deliveries, we act as your agent and cannot be held responsible for failures on their behalf. We will endeavour to help you reclaim any loss within the carrier's terms and conditions. Please be aware that no responsibility can be accepted for adverse weather conditions delaying your order.
Please note that if you have selected a tracked service you will not be sent your tracking number as a matter of course. Should you require your tracking number, please email us including your order reference number. We will then email you a tracking link as soon as possible.
3-5 working day tracked service and is a tracked service. All orders with this service will be dispatched within 2 working days. Royal Mail's aim is to then deliver within two working days but some areas can take up to 3 working days.
1-2 day (Tracked) and is a tracked service. All orders received by 1pm Mon-Fri (Excluding UK Bank Holidays) will be posted out same day on a Royal Mail 1-2 day tracked service. Some areas such as far the north of Scotland and the Hebrides may take up to two days. Tracked next day is a very reliable service with a 99% success rate. If your order absolutely has to be there on the next day then please select one of the Special Delivery options below.
Next Working Day AM delivery. All orders received by 1pm Mon-Fri (Excluding UK Bank Holidays) will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This guarantees your order by 1pm on the next working day. If Royal Mail fail to deliver on this service then they are obliged to refund the postage cost. There are some exceptions to the next day guarantee for customers in the following post code areas GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands), GY9 Sark (Channel Islands), HS2 Lewis, PA61 Colonsay, PA62-75 Mull, PA78 Coll, ZE2-3 Shetlands, KW16-17 Orkney, PH30 Corrour, PH41 Mallaig, PH42 Eigg & Kuck, PH43-44 Rhum & Canna.
Next Day Saturday AM delivery. All orders received by 1pm on Fridays (Excluding UK Bank Holidays) will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday service. This guarantees your order to be delivered by 1pm on Saturday. If Royal Mail fails with this service they are obliged to pay compensation for the failure. There are some exceptions to the next day Saturday guarantee for customers in the following post code areas GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands), GY9 Sark (Channel Islands), HS2 Lewis, PA61 Colonsay, PA62-75 Mull, PA78 Coll, ZE2-3 Shetlands, KW16-17 Orkney, PH30 Corrour, PH41 Mallaig, PH42 Eigg & Kuck, PH43-44 Rhum & Canna.
Our company will not share your purchase history or information with any third party companies except in the case where a suspected fraud or crime has taken place and only when asked to by the relevant authorities. We do not store credit/debit card details from online orders as these are managed directly by our online payment service provider and all responsibility for security rests with these companies. We may however inform you from time to time of any special offers by email but any message will have a clearly marked unsubscribe link in the message if you do not want to receive these messages.
