Please read all Terms and conditions carefully before placing order.

All products excluding graphic design, ordered through www.thebannersite.com will reproduce color from digital files as closely as possible, but may not exactly match color and density due to limitations in the proofing and printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. A reasonable variation in color between original materials, proofs and the completed order, will be considered acceptable print quality.

Clients must provide high resolution images suited for printing. www.thebannersite.com is not liable for images printing poorly due to the client providing low resolution images or improperly prepared files.

Clients must provide all full color printing images in CMYK format. www.thebannersite.com is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes.


Returns and Cancelations

Once an order has been placed and artwork is uploaded to our site or emailed to our site, there will be no refunds or cancellations granted. Changes to your files can be made up until your order is “Processed”. We process all orders immediately to avoid any delays in production. This is usually to the clients benefit, but in some cases where a client needs to cancel an order, a credit will be noted on the clients account as long as files have not been processed for print.
Our products will only be refunded if contacted 5 days after purchase and quality is not up to reasonable standard which only can be granted if the quality of the print has been damaged significantly or in any case a print is not usable. We do require that you provide an email with a photo and an explanation explaining the issue.

Shipping & Returns

We use Royal Mail Group Ltd as our method of shipping. Please check to see if Royal Mail Group Ltd can ship to your location prior to purchase. There are no returns or refunds if they do not deliver your product. All lost package claims are handled by Royal Mail Group Ltd. Tracking will be provided when package is ready to be shipped depending on weather you have payed for a tracked service. For all other shipping inquiries, please email them to sales@thebannersite.com.
Turnaround time for all orders is 1-2 business days for PVC banners and 2-3 for Canvas prints – Does not include time in transit. Though our turnaround times are usually met, they are not guaranteed.
International shipping – USA, Canada and Mexico – We only charge you for the cost of shipping to your country and not for duty fees that your country may charge. Please be aware that you may pay extra duty fees if you are shipping to either of these countries.
We may choose to use a different carrier with the same or better service if Royal Mail Group Ltd can not meet the shipping or turnaround schedule. In many cases we will use Royal Mail Group Ltd First Class 1-3 day service.

Blind shipping / Drop shipping

www.thebannersite.com is concidered a “retail” website. Our shipping may contain labels or inserts within the packaging. If you do not want our company name to come out on any of the shipment, please contact us to let us know and make sure to add it to the special instructions of your order.

Our company does not use Cookies or any other method to follow you on or off our web site.
